Peg- complete performance content matrix/refine objectives with Sheena and write paragraph describing its purpose to be included in the detailed evaluation plan; compiling data, formatting word doc. and updating versions on wiki, write introduction for section on our detailed evaluation plan once others have written assigned portions, research for instructional topics
Rose- develop objective related to interpersonal skills, refine objectives, describe purpose of 1) pre-test 2) post-test (separate parapgraphs as they will be separated in our final evaluation plan)
Kim- finish contextual analysis, develop formative evaluation tool and write paragraph describing its purpose to be included in our detailed evaluation plan, provide Sheena with a list of available ESL learning resources available through SIDES online- provide SME guidance in using available technologies in the design of instructional strategies
Sheena- complete performance content matrix/refine objectives with Peg , develop instructional strategies using pre/post-test as guide, reformat learning objectives wiki to reflect structure on p. 457, write paragraph (include in Formative Eval. section) describing the purpose of designing a confirmative evaluation tool to evaluate overall program effectiveness (not unit specific, therefore will not design instrument) to be included in the detailed evaluation plan
